The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) on servers in Frankfurt (EU); content may be delivered through Vercel’s global network. Images are delivered by Supabase Inc. from servers in Ireland (EU). Both process this technical data as processors.

This website sets no cookies for visitors. Only the password-protected admin area uses a technically necessary login cookie.

These terms apply to all hair and makeup services of not from paris GmbH (the “Contractor”), performed by Giada Marina Giorgio.

A booking is binding once the client has received a confirmation by email or a verbal commitment from the Contractor.

A half-day booking covers 4 hours of work; a full-day booking covers 8 hours of work plus a 1-hour break. Each additional hour or part thereof is charged at the agreed hourly rate plus VAT. If a shoot ends early, no credit is given.

If the client cancels, the following shares of the agreed fee are due: up to 30 days before the date, free of charge; 8–29 days before, 50%; 4–7 days before, 70%; 0–3 days before, 100%.

If Giada Marina Giorgio cannot perform due to illness or circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control, the Contractor will make every effort to find an equivalent replacement. The Contractor is not liable for any resulting additional costs or damages.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
